I am working hard to publish or print the book affordably. For now, they are for sale in digital form.

Books currently cost $75 to print. Therefore, until I find a more accessible way to print, books are for sale as PDFs for $15-50. Please pay what you can. If you would like to buy a PDF, please fill out the form below, and then follow the directions about how to pay. Thank you!
